1 LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION MAINTENANCE SERVICES ADDITIONAL WORK AUTHORIZATION THIS WORK AUTHORIZATION (“Work Authorization”), dated August 7th, 2026, authorizes certain work in accordance with that certain Agreement Between the Anabelle Island Community Development District and Florida ULS Operating, LLC dba United Land Services, LLC for Landscape and Irrigation Maintenance Services, dated October 1, 2023, as amended (“Agreement”), by and between: ANABELLE ISLAND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, a local unit of special- purpose government established pursuant to Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, and located within the Clay County, Florida, with a mailing address of c/o Governmental Management Services, L.L.C., 475 West Town Place, Suite 114, St. Augustine, Florida 32092 (“District”); and FLORIDA ULS OPERATING LLC, Delaware limited liability company, D/B/A UNITED LAND SERVICES, and authorized to do business in Florida, with a mailing address of 12276 San Jose Boulevard, Suite 747, Jacksonville, FL 32223 (the “Contractor” and, together with the District, the “Parties”). SECTION 1. SCOPE OF WORK. COMPENSATION. The District agrees to compensate Contractor for the Additional Work in the total amounts listed herein and in accordance with any unit pricing set forth in the proposal(s) at Composite Attachment A. Contractor shall invoice the District, and the District shall remit payment for such Additional Work pursuant to the terms of the Agreement. SECTION 3. ACCEPTANCE. Acceptance of this Work Authorization will authorize Contractor to complete the Additional Work as outlined above in addition to the Services set forth in the Agreement. Contractor shall commence the aforesaid authorized Additional Work as provided herein and shall perform the same in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, which, except to the extent expressly altered or changed in this Work authorization, remain in full force and effect, including applicable warranties. To the extent that any other terms provided in Composite Attachment A conflict with the terms of the executed Agreement, the terms of the Agreement shall control.
